These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Locader iOS application and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Locader ("we," "our," or "us").
Locader is solely responsible for this Service. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, warranty, or liability for the Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms take precedence solely to the extent of that conflict.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Locader. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of the trips, itineraries, notes, bucket lists, and trip reviews you create in Locader ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and the companions you invite.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.
When you invite someone to a trip, you may invite them by their email address or phone number. If the invitee does not yet have a Locader account, we create a placeholder account for them using only the contact information you provide so they can be associated with your trip. The placeholder is automatically merged into the invitee's real account if they later sign up using the same email, or add the matching phone number to their profile.
You confirm that you have a reasonable basis to share each invitee's email or phone with Locader for the purpose of inviting them to a trip. If a companion is removed from a trip, they lose access to that trip's content.
The Locader name, logo, app design, and all underlying software are the exclusive property of Locader and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app on your Apple device solely for your personal, non-commercial trip planning purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Maps, Yelp, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and flight data providers) to deliver features. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Place, hotel, and flight information displayed in the app is sourced from third parties and may not always be accurate or current. Always verify critical travel information through official sources before making bookings or travel decisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PAYMENTS).
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at locader@locader.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
